Oda Naraguma joined WHFPT in October 2018. Before WHFPT, Oda spent over a year as a freelance accountant for small businesses in the Austin Area. Prior to that, for a little over two years, she has gained experience working for a multinational NGO, Partners in Health in Rwanda, East Africa, in the Finance Department. Oda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the National University of Rwanda and has acquired a number of specialized certificates from Austin Community College.
