Michelle’s passion for reproductive healthcare services for all individuals led her to WHFPT in 2013. Michelle has worn many hats at WHFPT, with opportunities to work directly with our network of sub-recipients as well as ensuring WHFPT’s daily operations flow smoothly.
Prior to working at WHFPT, Michelle completed her degree in Psychology at St. Edward’s University, which led her to volunteer at Love is Respect, ultimately resulting in a position as a hotline advocate with The National Domestic Violence Hotline. These days Michelle volunteers with Austin Bat Cave, helping AISD students with writing and tutoring needs. In her free time, you can find her reading, walking nature trails, and exploring all the good eats Austin has to offer.
