Matt Thompson joined WHFPT in July 2019.  Matt brings extensive knowledge in various healthcare operations areas including, revenue cycle, health information management, clinic operations, policy and compliance, and process improvement. Throughout his previous roles he served as a Revenue Cycle Manager, Health Information Management Manager, Privacy Officer, and Business Operations Projects Manager. Matt has led the design, build, and implementation of several EHR systems as well developed improved workflows to streamline operations, and established new departments, oversight committees and processes to establish and/or maintain revenue integrity while maximizing revenue potential to support clinical operations.

In his role at WHFPT he assists with financial monitoring, contract compliance, and process improvement.
