Gina Barrios has worked almost exclusively in the area of Reproductive Health for the past six years, as a consultant then Program Coordinator, and Program Manager where she engaged funders, Public Health and Federal Providers to support efforts on educating and enhancing services to minimize unplanned pregnancies among young women primarily in the Houston, TX area. Her experience includes grant management & oversight, quality assurance and reporting for Title X.  She has also provided leadership for health outreach and education initiatives.

Mrs. Barrios has a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from the University of Denver and is currently working on her dissertation in pursuit of her Doctoral degree in Leadership and Organizational Development.
